Summary of Round 1 Community Visioning now available!
Thank you to the many members of the community that joined us during our first round of Comminity Visioning! We engaged in conversation, learning, walking, visioning, and more to discuss the future of housing in Costa Mesa. From late July through September, the City facilitated several pop-up’s and four community workshops throughout Costa Mesa. A summary of our first round of visioning was presented to City Council on November 4, 2025 and to Planning Commission on November 10, 2025.
