Draft Zoning Updates Now Available!

Over the past year, the City has engaged the community to envision and shape the future of housing in Costa Mesa. This input has informed proposed updates to the City’s Zoning Code, Specific Plans, and some General Plan Elements, as well as new Objective Design Standards. The community is invited to review and comment on the draft Zoning Updates between May 18 and June 15. For more information, click below.
