Draft Program Environmental Impact Report Public Review Period Now Open

The City of Costa Mesa requests your review and consideration of the Draft Program Environmental Impact Report (PEIR) for the Neighborhoods Where We All Belong Zoning Updates and Housing Element Implementation and invites input and comments regarding the Draft PEIR pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The Draft PEIR is available for a minimum of 45 days beginning on June 16, 2026. Please submit any comments in writing to the City no later than 5:00 PM on August 3, 2026.
