Process
The technical work and community visioning process for Neighborhoods Where We All Belong are being conducted across 3 rounds with many opportunities for the public to provide input. For more information about how to get involved, click HERE.
-
The first round will consist of introducing the project to the public and conducting initial community visioning as the project team conducts data collection and analysis. Community visioning will include discussions on the community’s housing ideas, concerns, and considerations. Help us envision the future of housing that will serve the residents of today and the future! For more information about these events, click HERE.
-
The second round will consist of developing and sharing draft zoning regulations based on state requirements and City and community feedback received in the first round of outreach. Continued visioning and ideas sharing will occur in the second round allowing the community to provide input on draft materials. For more information about these events, click HERE.
-
The third and final round will consist of sharing refined versions of the zoning regulations based on feedback received to date. This is an opportunity to provide additional feedback on the revised zoning regulations before the finalization of materials in preparation for adoption by City Council.
