The public comment period for the draft zoning updates, objective design standards, specific plan amendments, and General Plan amendments closed on June 15, 2026. Materials are still available for review. The public will have opportunities to provide additional comments at upcoming public hearings in late summer/early fall 2026.

DRAFT ZONING CODE AMENDMENTS
Amendments to the Zoning Code are noted in RED UNDERLINE, while Article 11 (Mixed-Use Overlay District) will replace the existing article entirely.
DRAFT OBJECTIVE DESIGN STANDARDS:
The Objective Design Standards are entirely new.
DRAFT GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENTS:
Amendments to the General Plan Elements are noted in RED UNDERLINE.
DRAFT SPECIFIC PLAN AMENDMENTS:
